UK DELIVERY COSTS:

Here at Yoga Emporium we like to keep things really simple. Our delivery charges are as follows:

Standard Delivery: £3 (3-5 Working Days)

Next Day Delivery: £6 (24hr Courier or Royal Mail First Class Recorded)

Free 2nd Class Recorded Delivery: Free! (Spend over £75 to qualify for this option)*

If you order by 11am on any working day, we can dispatch your goods that day, if you order any later in the day, your yoga gear will be dispatched the very next working day. Please note these are anticipated delivery times and not guaranteed. Saturday’s and Sundays are not considered as working days. If you are in a hurry, please always contact us first and we will do our very best to get your parcel to you in time. Before midday, before 10am, before 9am and Saturday options are all available for a surcharge (Please contact us for pricing details)

Should the incorrect delivery address be provided by the recipient, we reserve the right to charge for any potential redelivery fees incurred.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COSTS:

EU Orders: Cost itemised at checkout (3-5 Working Days)

International Orders (Outside of EU): Cost itemised at checkout (5-7 Working Days)

Please feel free to purchase products as normal through our website using Paypal or a credit card. The correct shipping cost will be allocated to your basket upon checkout.

*PLEASE NOTE* for heavier items over 1kg, a surcharge MAY need to be added depending on the weight. Please contact us for a quote before purchasing.

*PLEASE NOTE* Orders placed from outside of the UK may be liable for import duties and taxes depending upon the country they are purchased from (this now includes the EU). This is outside of our control and is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these costs.

*PLEASE NOTE* All delivery times are not guaranteed. They are the estimated delivery times you should receive your parcel in. With the recent rule changes on imports and exports that were introduced at the beginning of 2021, we have been witnessing delays on items as they pass through customs of the destination country. Please be prepared for potential delays when purchasing from outside the UK. We hope the borders will be able to clear the backlog soon and things will return to normal again.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS:

We want you to be really happy with your new stuff and so put major emphasis on customer service to build your trust and allow you to purchase off us in confidence. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind, that’s no problem at all. Just return the product to us unworn (except for trying on for fit) and in it’s original packaging within 28 days. The product must be in a re-sellable condition with all it’s tags/wrapping in tact. In return we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund (minus delivery costs). We will cover the postage costs of sending the replacement item out to you. 

Should an item be faulty, we will happily exchange the product (where possible) or offer you a full refund including postage costs providing the item is returned to us within 28 days of purchase.

Should a delivery be rejected by the recipient or be returned to us as unclaimed, the cost of the return delivery will be deducted from any refund due. 

To return an item, please send it to: Yoga Emporium, 4 Gwelva Lowenek, Pentire Avenue, Newquay, Cornwall TR7 1GX including the invoice, packing slip or note with your name and delivery address. We always appreciate a note with the reason for the return to help us in offering the best possible service moving forwards.
